How big will the GTA 6 map be? What community analysis estimates

Rockstar has not communicated any official size for the Leonida map. Studying the trailers, several gaming press analysts estimate it at 2.4 to 3 times the size of GTA V.
Rockstar Games has not communicated any official measurement of the GTA 6 map's size. Every estimate circulating comes from community and press analysis based on the official trailers (on-screen vehicle speed, building scale, visible travel times).
An unconfirmed rumor, widely shared and later disputed within the community, claimed a map 3.5 times bigger than GTA V's — an estimate several analysts now consider exaggerated.
More measured estimates, based on detailed analysis of both trailers, place the map at 2.4 to 3 times the size of Los Santos (GTA V), with a total area suggested between 110 and 150 km² depending on the source — none of these figures confirmed by Rockstar Games.
These estimates cover the entire state of Leonida, which comprises six officially confirmed regions: Vice City, the Leonida Keys, Grassrivers, Port Gellhorn, Ambrosia, and Mount Kalaga.
